When will I receive my watch?
Your order is prepared within 1 to 3 business days, then generally delivered within 5 to 8 business days. Delivery is free and tracked: you will receive your tracking number by email.
What if I don't like the watch?
You have 14 days after receipt to change your mind. Write to us at support@ochstintime.com before any return: we will tell you how to proceed.
Are my watches covered by a warranty?
Yes. Every watch purchased on ochstintime.com is covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. In the event of a defect, please contact us with your order number and a photo.
Automatic or quartz: which should you choose?
An automatic watch is wound by wrist movements, without a battery: you can often see the mechanism ticking. A quartz watch runs on a battery: accurate, lightweight, maintenance-free.
