At OCHSTIN, your satisfaction matters. If your order does not suit you, you can request a return under the conditions below.

Right of withdrawal — 14 days

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to inform us of your decision to withdraw, without having to give any reason.

From the date of your withdrawal request, you then have 14 days to return the product to us.

Please include your name, order number and the item(s) concerned.

Return conditions

Returned items must be complete and include any accessories.

You may handle and try the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning.

Any handling beyond what is necessary that reduces the value of the product may result in a reduction of the amount refunded.

How to make a return

Our customer service will send you the instructions as well as the address to which your order should be returned.

Do not send your return to the address shown on the original packaging without first receiving our instructions.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping your proof of shipment until you are refunded.

Return costs

In the event of a change of mind or when exercising the right of withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the item is borne by the customer.

If the product received is defective, damaged or does not match your order, contact us before returning anything. After verification, the necessary return costs will be covered by OCHSTIN where the situation justifies it.

Damaged, defective or incorrect product

Please check your order as soon as you receive it.

If your watch is damaged, has a defect, or if you received a product different from the one ordered, contact us at support@ochstintime.com stating:

your order number;
a description of the problem;
photos or videos showing the problem, where relevant.

After verification, we will offer you an appropriate solution in accordance with your rights, in particular a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.

Refunds

When a return is accepted, the refund will be made using the same means of payment used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.

When the right of withdrawal is exercised for the entire order, the standard shipping costs originally paid are also refunded.

If you chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery offered, the corresponding surcharge is not refunded.

We will issue the refund within the applicable legal time limits. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or until you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be needed before the refund appears on your account.
