These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("T&Cs") govern sales made on the website ochstintime.com, operated under the OCHSTIN brand by NOVA COMMERCE, a business established in Bruguières, France.

Any order placed on the website implies acceptance of these T&Cs.

1. Products

OCHSTIN mainly sells watches and watch accessories.

The essential characteristics of the products are presented on each product page. Customers are invited to read them before ordering.

Photographs are presented with the greatest care. Slight differences in colour or appearance may nevertheless occur, in particular depending on the screen used or the variant selected.

Products are offered while stocks last.

2. Prices

The applicable prices are those displayed on the website at the time of ordering.

Any shipping costs and other applicable fees are shown to the customer before the order is finally confirmed.

OCHSTIN reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Any change does not affect orders already confirmed.

For some international destinations, taxes, customs duties or import fees may apply in accordance with local regulations.

3. Orders

The customer selects the desired products and adds them to their cart.

Before confirming the order, they can check the selected products, their variants, quantities, the total price and their contact details, and correct any errors.

The order is definitively registered once payment has been confirmed.

A confirmation is then sent to the email address provided by the customer.

4. Payment

Payment is made at the time of ordering using the options offered at checkout.

Transactions are processed by the payment providers available on the store.

The customer warrants that they are authorised to use the selected payment method.

5. Delivery

Orders are shipped to the destinations offered at checkout.

Preparation time is generally 1 to 3 business days.

After shipment, the estimated delivery time is generally 5 to 8 business days.

These times may vary depending on the destination country, the carrier, customs formalities and exceptional circumstances.

6. Right of withdrawal

For consumers entitled to the right of withdrawal under European law, the period is in principle 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.

7. Returns and refunds

When a return is accepted or made under the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in accordance with the instructions provided by our customer service.

When the conditions for a refund are met, it is made to the same means of payment used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.

The direct cost of returning an item due to a simple change of mind is borne by the customer where permitted by law and where the customer has been informed in advance.

8. Legal guarantees

Products sold by OCHSTIN benefit from the applicable legal guarantees.

In France, the professional seller is in particular bound by the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects. These guarantees are mandatory and separate from any additional commercial warranty.

9. Defective, damaged or incorrect products

If the product received is damaged, defective or different from the one ordered, the customer is invited to contact:

stating their order number and providing, where relevant, photos or videos that identify the problem.

This procedure does not limit the consumer's legal rights.

10. Availability

In the exceptional event that a product becomes unavailable after the order, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

When the order cannot be fulfilled, an appropriate solution will be offered in accordance with the applicable regulations, in particular a refund where required.

11. Liability

NOVA COMMERCE is responsible for the proper performance of its obligations under the conditions provided by the applicable regulations.

No provision of these T&Cs may remove or limit the mandatory rights enjoyed by the consumer.

13. Intellectual property

The OCHSTIN brand, its logo, the photographs, texts, graphic elements and other content of the website are protected by the applicable intellectual property rights and belong to their respective owners or are used with their permission.

Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.

14. Complaints and mediation

For any complaint, the customer must first contact:

If a dispute remains unresolved, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator for NOVA COMMERCE.

15. Governing law

These T&Cs are governed by French law.

When a customer is a consumer in another country, this choice does not deprive them of the mandatory consumer protection provisions they enjoy under the applicable law.
