❓ Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between "day" and "date" on a day-date calendar?
The "date" shows the day of the month in numbers (1 to 31). The "day" shows the name of the day of the week (Monday, Tuesday...). Together, they form a complete day-date calendar, convenient for daily use without having to check your phone.
Can the steel strap be adjusted in size?
Yes. The steel strap typically features removable links. Any watchmaker or jeweler can remove links in a few minutes to fit your wrist. You can also do it yourself with a link removal tool available for under €5.
Does it need to be wound every day?
No. When worn daily, the watch winds itself thanks to the automatic rotor. If you do not wear it for 36 to 42 hours, it will stop and must be restarted by turning the crown before setting the time again.
